Adults
The goal of our educational ministries is to glorify God by making disciples. We trust in the power of God's Word to change lives. Because of this we offer several different opportunities for adults to pursue maturity in Christ through Bible study, service, and relationships.
Adult Bible Study Fellowships
Our Bible Study Fellowships exist to be far more than just an hour-long activity on Sunday mornings. The Bible Study Fellowships bring our commitment to teach God's Word into the context of a prayerful and ministry-minded group of adults who are interested in doing life together. Each Bible Study Fellowship is organized around a structure that exists to accomplish this purpose:
- Teaching - God's Word is central to our spiritual life and vitality.
- Reaching - We seek to make a place where people who do not yet know Christ can find a fellowship of people who lovingly witness to the reality of Jesus Christ.
- Ministering - A growing church needs as many people as possible ministering to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs within the congregation. Bible Study Fellowships are vital to the work of engaging men and women in ministry within the church.
- Caring - Everyone wants to be truly known and loved. We do not want to be a gathering of strangers every week. We encourage everyone to be involved in a Bible Study Fellowship in order to get connected in spiritually-nurturing relationships.
The Bible Study Fellowships are open groups and can be joined at any time during the year. You are welcome to visit any of the groups. The age-related categories are suggestions to assist you in choosing a group in which to belong. They are not hard-and-fast divisions.

They are an essential part of our church's health as various ministries and a great deal of congregational care depend upon the service of these groups.
The Book of Proverbs
Study Notes prepared by John Ulrich
Proverbs are short poems (usually in couplet form), containing a holy mixture of common sense and timely warnings. The word proverb comes from a Hebrew word that means "to rule or to govern," and these sayings, reminders, and admonitions provide profound advice for governing our life.
