Youth
Weekly Programs
Our programs are designed to help students understand and live out the Great Commandments and the Great Commission. We teach and program with these in mind and hope that everything we do can be traced back to them, because they are the goal of our student ministry. The descriptions below will give you a general understanding of how the individual program pieces fit into the larger ministry puzzle.
Sunday School
Sunday Mornings: 9:30-10:30am
6th - 12th Grade
Youth Sunday School is an opportunity to teach the Bible to students at every level in their journey with God. We typically meet as a large group to introduce the lesson and then divide into smaller groups by grade and gender for discussion and application.
If you want to see who your child's teacher is, Meet our Leaders. Sunday School Teachers will spend 40-50 minutes teaching the lesson and facilitating group discussion with students.
We are currently using LIVE Curriculum, put out by Simply Youth Ministry, and if you'd like to have access to the weekly lesson guides and questions for you to have conversations with your kids with, e-mail James here and you'll be added!

Engage Worldview Class
Sunday Evenings: 5:15-6:45pm
6th-12th Grade, Students & Parents
Starting September 12 we are returning to our worldview class called “Engage.” The goal is for students and parents to sit side-by-side and learn and dialogue and discuss with each other.
The curriculum for the eight-week course is To Save a Life, the movie that was released in early 2010, dealing with a number of current issues facing our students in their daily lives. Feel free to check out the movie website for more information,.

Youth Group
Wednesday Evenings: 6:30-8:00pm
6th-12th Grade
Youth Group nights provide a great opportunity for students to come together to fellowship, worship, and be taught God’s Word. Our hope is that students would leave with a better idea of, and more desire to live, the way God wants them to live. Encourage your student to come for this age-appropriate teaching and a time of connection. We are currently walking through the Book of Acts.

LIFE Groups
Will meet when established by group
6th-12th Grade
A new thing we are going to launch this school year is what we’re calling LIFE Groups. LIFE is an acronym for Living Intently Focused on Eternity. These groups will be adult leader or parent-driven and will provide students a chance to grow deeper in their faith within the context of a smaller, intentionally discipleship-oriented group.
LIFE Groups will help students grow in their faith through biblical community, relationship building, and accountability. Hopefully they will start friendships that last a lifetime.
Meeting times will vary by Group, so they can meet when it is most convenient for the leader and students.
If you are interested in either leading a group as a parent or Adult Leader, or joining a group as a student, please e-mail James to sign up today!
