Take your next steps

Ready to take your next step at Metro East? Whether it’s joining a small group, diving into our discipleship classes, being baptized, serving on a volunteer team, enjoying an intro meal, or connecting through upcoming events, we have meaningful pathways to help you grow and get involved.

Bible Classes

Small groups are where real community happens! They provide a place to grow in your faith, build meaningful relationships, and walk through life together. Check out our Bible classes page to find a group that fits you, or contact us and we’ll gladly help you get connected!

Life discipleship classes

Metro East offers 8–10 week courses throughout the year that focus on various biblical topics, helping you dive deeply into God’s Word and grow in life and faith. These sessions are designed for the whole family, providing opportunities for everyone to learn and strengthen their walk with Christ.

Intro Meal - Membership

We regularly host Intro Meals where you can enjoy a free dinner, learn about the mission and vision of Metro East, and meet our staff and elders. It’s a great opportunity to hear who we are, ask questions, and discover how to get connected with our mission. Childcare is provided for our intro meals. To be put on our list when our next intro meal is scheduled, please contact us below!

SERVE

Serving in the church is a vital part of following Christ, for ‘each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others’ (1 Peter 4:10). As we serve, we build up the body and reflect His love to one another. There are many areas to serve! Let us connect you to the best ministry area for you to use your gifting.

baptism

Baptism is an important part of life in our church because it is an outward sign of an inward reality. Through baptism, we publicly declare the inner work God has done in our hearts—our faith in Christ, repentance, and new life in Him. While the water itself does not save us, it visibly represents the spiritual transformation that has already taken place. Baptism is an act of obedience, a testimony to the church and the world, and a joyful step of identifying with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection.
