Welcome

At Metro East, we believe church is more than a Sunday gathering—it’s a community where we grow, disciple one another, and walk through life together. Whether you’re exploring faith or looking for a place to call home, we hope you feel encouraged, connected, and welcomed into our family. Come visit us!

When we Meet

Sunday Mornings

9am Bible Classes
10:30am Service

What To Expect

A typical service lasts about 90 minutes, with a blend of contemporary and traditional worship led by our team. Childcare is available during both the 9am and 10:30am services, and we offer activities for all age groups.
Kids Worship takes place during the 10:30 service—
be sure to visit our Family Discipleship Page to learn more about Kids Worship and Tots Childcare.
If you want to plug in right away, we can help you find the right small group at our 9am Bible Classes! Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and an opportunity to meet new people.
Where do I park? Where do I enter?
Just follow the huge cross! Our main building enters directly under the big cross, so park wherever you find a spot, and we'll greet you at the door!
Where do my kids go? Are they safe?
We understand your kids are your most precious cargo, and they are to us to! We have a wonderful childcare team for all ages and we want to make you as comfortable as possible! Check out our Family Discipleship page and explore all around and if you have any more questions, please contact us right away!
What's the dress code?
Come as you are! You'll find a variety of outfits from jeans and t-shirts to dresses/suits. Most people wear nice slacks with button ups/blouses. However you're dressed, you'll be warmly welcomed.
Tell me about the preaching/sermons
At Metro, our preaching is grounded firmly in Scripture—we tell the truth of God’s Word without watering it down. The messages go deep, but they’re also understandable, relatable, and practical for everyday life. Our goal is to help you grow in your faith with teaching that is both rich in biblical truth and clear in application.
Am I expected to give or feel pressured in any way?
Not at all. If you’re visiting Metro, we don’t want you to feel any pressure to give. Your presence is a gift in itself, and we’re simply glad you’re here. Giving is something our church family does as an act of worship and commitment—not an expectation for visitors. Feel free to just come, enjoy the service, and get to know us at your own pace.

WATCH US ONLINE

You can experience our church from anywhere before you visit in person. Watch a recent service online to get a feel for our worship, teaching, and community—so when you walk through the doors, it already feels familiar. We’d love to have you join us when you’re ready.
